RETHINK BLACK FRIDAY

Travelling these days is extremely cheap. You can experience all the places you’ve dreamed of seeing, for pretty much the same price as a Black Friday sale. We get shoppers to re-think their Black Friday priorities, by hacking the sales.

TV SCRIPT

We open on a TV in a studio - like you’d see on QVC or a classic sales channel. On its screen is a tranquil beach resort in Mexico. We hear energetic music. 
 

AMERICAN SALES VO:   

VO:          This Black Friday, ACT NOW and you could get this TV for the same price of the most unforgettable trip of your life,

                 on a dive retreat to Cancun.

SUPER:   Cancun £859 pp 

 

The products move to the left on a conveyor and the TV is now replaced with a camera. On its display screen is the image of a couple ice-fishing, holding up a salmon.

 

VO:           Or, get this camera, all for the price of not having the greatest experience of your existence on the Swedish fjords. 

SUPER:    Sweden £647 pp 

 

The products move to the left on a conveyor and the camera is now replaced with an laptop. On it’s display screen is the image of someone’s sunset selfie on a sailing boat. 

 

VO:           You can get this laptop, now for the same amount as the best two weeks of your life, in Barbados.

SUPER:    Barbados £989 pp 

 

The energetic music starts to get more peaceful. The image on the laptop  now changes to a group of people surfing, gesturing you to join them.
